Why every word here is made of tea

The rule of this shop is simple: the product writes its own name. Each design is a physical arrangement of leaf on warm cream paper, shot from above, so the letters wobble and shed crumbs the way real material does. Pages stay the colour the photographs were made on — cream sheet, dark brown ink — and the only typeface on a page belongs to the small print. A single orange crumb sits between the lines because it was there in the shot, and it was left in. Ripe pu-erh takes to this treatment: a tea already shaped by hand long before it reached the paper.
